**Job Title : Architect**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Create and refine architectural designs and concepts based on client needs, project requirements, and site conditions. Develop detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the progress of architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- **Technical Documentation**: Produce and review technical drawings and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- **Client Relations**: Engage with clients to understand their vision and objectives. Prepare and present design proposals, make adjustments based on feedback, and maintain ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Construction Oversight**: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Address any issues that arise during the construction phase and implement necessary changes.
- **Research and Innovation**: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices. Integrate innovative solutions and materials into design proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- **Licensure**: Licensed Architect or in the process of obtaining licensure is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address and resolve design and construction issues efficiently.
- **Portfolio**: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and technical abilities.
