**Job Title**:
Staff Nurse Experience: 1+yrs
**Location**: Egmore, Chennai
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Patient Care:
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
Assist with medical procedures and perform diagnostic tests as required.
2. Clinical Duties:
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
3. Administrative Duties:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and practices.
Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
4. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education sessions.
Mentor and support junior nursing staff and students.

**Qualifications**:Nursing - ANM, DPN & Dip Nursing**
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
**Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and standards.**
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.**
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
