**Job Summary**:
As a Retail Showroom Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our retail showroom by assisting customers, showcasing products, and driving sales. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience, meeting sales targets, and maintaining an organized and attractive showroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service and Sales**:Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Understand customer needs and preferences to help them make informed purchase decisions.
Actively engage with customers to promote products and close sales.

**Product Knowledge**:Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products on display and stay up-to-date with new arrivals.
Convey product features, benefits, and pricing accurately.
Demonstrate how products work, if applicable.

**Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Keep track of personal sales goals and achievements.

**Visual Merchandising**:Maintain an attractive and organized showroom layout.
Assist in setting up and arranging product displays.
Ensure that all products are accurately labeled and priced.

**Inventory Management**:Monitor product availability and communicate low-stock situations to management.
Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
Report damaged or defective products.

**Customer Relations**:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Collect and record customer feedback to improve products and services.

**Cash Handling and Transactions**:Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
Provide receipts and ensure cash drawers balance at the end of shifts.

**Qualifications**:

- Plus Two/ Graduates
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information to customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to [Specify Weight] pounds.
- Perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and reaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
