We are looking for Supply Associates to manage and support all activities pertaining to the supply chain function including planning, sourcing & procurement, transport, shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, assets & fleet management and monitoring within the area of responsibility.- Ensure proper Onboarding, Driver Registration and Documentation collection of all drivers
- Ensure all data like Trip Sheets ,Vehicle Spread, On Demand data are up to date.
- Should have good knowledge of all the region of Delhi NCR.
- Strong Negotiation skill needed.
- Ensure proper documentation checks and collection of soft copies prior onboarding
- Create processes to onboard, manage, train and schedule driver
- Coordinate with Sales and ensure deployment of Required vehicles as per Target Date

What we are looking for:

- Graduation in any stream from a reputed college
- Proven experience as an Supply Associate minimum for 1-2 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Logistics experience will be a plus
- Polite and tactful and able to maintain composure under pressure
