In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to **craft visually compelling content** for social media, podcast platforms, and promotional materials. From **polished Instagram Reels and seamless YouTube episodes to dynamic motion graphics and After Effects animations**, your work will play a key role in elevating our digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Production**
- **Edit and Produce**: Transform raw footage into high-quality **Instagram Reels, YouTube podcast episodes, and brand content**.
- **Enhance Visuals**: Add **music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, and animations** to elevate content quality.
- **Ensure Platform Optimization**: Tailor videos for **Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms** following the latest trends.
- **Storytelling & Flow**: Ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and engaging narratives in all video projects.

**Motion Graphics & Animation (After Effects Focus)**:

- **Create Motion Graphics**: Design **animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and kinetic typography** using Adobe After Effects.
- **Develop Branded Visuals**: Create compelling **motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and digital marketing campaigns**.
- **Animate Logo Intros & Outros**: Add sleek **branding elements** to videos, making them more professional and visually engaging.
- **Experiment & Innovate**: Research and **implement new motion graphic trends, VFX techniques, and animation styles** to keep content fresh and engaging.
- **Refine & Optimize**: Ensure all animated elements align with **brand guidelines, storytelling needs, and audience engagement strategies**.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- **Experience**: At least **2-3 years** of professional experience in **video editing & motion graphics design**, especially for **social media & digital content**.
- **Proficiency**: Expertise in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator** (knowledge of Final Cut Pro is a plus).
- **Portfolio**: A strong **portfolio showcasing both video editing and motion graphics projects** (social media & podcast content preferred).
- **Storytelling & Creativity**: Ability to **blend live footage, animation, and VFX** to create visually stunning narratives.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with **motion tracking, keyframe animation, kinetic typography, and visual effects techniques**.
- **Attention to Detail**: A meticulous eye for **timing, transitions, color grading, and audio synchronization**.
- **Adaptability & Innovation**: A drive to explore **new tools, effects, and animation trends** while working in a fast-paced creative environment.

**How to Apply?**

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:
