**Job Opportunity**: Experienced Academic Writer

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Originality and Uniqueness**: Ensure that all content produced is original, well-researched, and devoid of plagiarism. Your commitment to maintaining the highest level of academic integrity will be crucial.

**Referencing Excellence**: Utilize APA and Harvard referencing styles with precision and accuracy. Your expertise in adhering to these citation standards will enhance the credibility of the content.

**Analysis**: Conduct SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and PESTLE (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, Environmental) analyses for management assessments. Your analytical insights will contribute to well-rounded and insightful content.

**Leadership (For Team Leader Position**): If you are joining as a team leader, you will take on the additional responsibility of managing a group of writers. Your leadership skills will be pivotal in ensuring efficient collaboration and achieving team goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a writer, ideally in an educational or academic context.
- Strong command of the English language with impeccable grammar and writing skills.
- Familiarity with APA and Harvard referencing styles.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to perform SWOT and PESTLE analyses.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- For team leader roles, demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills are required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
