**Your new role - challenging and future-**oriented.**
- Customer Services Support
- Performing vendor reconciliation-Matching vendor statements against SAP reports
- Contacting internal and external customers through mails for solving all unresolved
- Performing Periodic review and audit of Processes and documents, conducting and organizing.
- Management Review Meeting, report on Internal Quality Audit, Processes Performance, Status of Departmental Objective along with Progress, Monitor Internal and External. Feedback on Customer Satisfaction survey and addressing area for improvement,
- Support to achieve product and process excellence. Generate proposal documents and cost sheets.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks.

- Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in above mentioned tasks.
- Good communication and analytical skills, Proactive and able to work under deadlines in a global project environment.
- Traveling for meetings, trainings and inspections including working at Company office will be required.
Review contract and seek clarifications
guide and monitor junior colleague, ensure correctness of documentation in line with guidelines and customer.
- Education: Graduation/Postgraduation/Equivalent.
- 5-10 years’ experience in engineering and commissioning of automation system
- Person should be efficient in cost and price calculations and commercial and legal aspects related to project contracts.
- Person should be able to analyze project specifications and should be aware of risk and chance managements.
- Excellent English language skills. Knowledge of foreign languages e.g., German, Spanish, French will have added advantage.
- Good self-integration in international project teams. Easy adaption of European US and/or Middle east working styles. Social integration in the Host Countries. Self-challenging working style, taking ownership and solution oriented.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
