Chemistry Faculty

Role Description Teaching: Deliver high-quality Chemistry lectures to students preparing for MHT-CET, NEET, NDA, JEE Mains and Advanced. Design and deliver high-quality lectures and practice sessions on Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry topics.

Content Development: Develop and update study materials, question banks, and test papers tailored to JEE standards.

Mentoring: Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to understand complex concepts and solve challenging problems.

Assessment: Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and evaluations to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom.

Doubt Clearing: Offer extra classes or one-on-one sessions for students needing additional help.

Staying Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and changes in the JEE & NEET syllabus and examination pattern.

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to develop and review curriculum content, ensuring alignment with exam patterns and standards. Continuously update teaching materials based on feedback, student performance, and changes in exam patterns or syllabi.

Student Engagement and Support: Provide individualized attention and academic support to students, including addressing their doubts and queries related to Chemistry concepts. Monitor student progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.

Mentorship and Guidance: Serve as a mentor and guide to students, motivating them to achieve their academic goals and excel in competitive exams. Offer guidance on effective study strategies, time management, and exam preparation techniques to optimize student performance.

Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Chemistry education, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies through continuous learning and professional development activities. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the overall improvement of the institute.

Administrative Duties: Assist in organizing extracurricular activities, workshops, and seminars aimed at enhancing students' holistic development. Collaborate with the administrative team to maintain records, track student attendance, and ensure adherence to institute policies and procedures.

**Skills Required**:
Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.

Thorough understanding of JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET exam patterns, marking schemes, and syllabi.

Effective teaching and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, including online platforms, interactive whiteboards, and simulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous experience in teaching Chemistry for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET.

Proven track record of helping students achieve excellent results.

Familiarity with the latest trends and techniques in competitive exam preparation.

**Educational Qualification: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry (preferred).**

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
