**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:1-2 Years

**WORK-DAYS**:Monday to Saturday

**WORK-TIMINGS**: 9 am to 6 pm

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:sales skills,presentation skills

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and mentor a team of advisors / student counselors, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with clients or students with complex needs, offering personalized guidance tailored to their specific circumstances.
- Develop and implement counseling strategies, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our advisory services
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the field of international education, and incorporate relevant updates into our counseling processes
- Collaborate with other departments within Learn Overseas, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to optimize service delivery and meet organizational goals
- Participate in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars for internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner institutions, universities, colleges, and other stakeholders in the international education community.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
