**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming calls from internal departments and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide updates, and gather necessary information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM or database.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Assist in training new team members on voice processes and best practices.
- Meet or exceed call handling metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a voice process role, preferably in an internal support capacity.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
