**TFT technology is an IT (information technology) company is looking for experienced financial education instructors.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Management and Oversight**
- Management of the Forex, Crypto, Stock, Futures, Commodities and CFD Educational Products.
- Assist with the development of strategic plans for the education platform.

**Product Development and Content Creation**
- Daily market follow up & update on site.
- Involve in research and development of techniques analyze the movements of Market (Forex, Crypto, Stock, Futures, Commodities and CFD)
- Preparing reports with both technical and fundamental details on day to day basis.
- As a member of the academic team, identify educational product needs and develop continuing education courses
- Develop original course content, blog.
- Work collaboratively across functional areas to manage and coordinate new program/course launch.
- Evaluate and adjust course curriculum through student/participant evaluations and level of interest shown.
- Collaborate with the E-Learning development team to develop and review proposed project efforts to determine scope and timeframes.

**Instructional Activities**
- Deliver course instruction on topics of the Forex, Stock, Crypto, Futures, Commodities and CFD in online & offline class.
- Improve students’ knowledge of Forex trading.
- Create and deliver project content designed to enhance course instruction, e.g. course manuals, charts, videos script, and follow-up courses
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**
- Must have good exposure and experience in the financial market. (_Forex, Stock, Crypto, Futures, Commodities and CFD) trading experience, with a successful trading track record is preferred)_
- Demonstrated effective communication skills.
- Excellent written & verbal language proficiency
- English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Urdu. (bilingual speakers will get preference)
- Excellent facilitation skills delivered face-to-face, via webinar or on-line.
- Demonstrated computer technology skills.
- Recent working experience with any broker firms is a plus.
- Having a recent publication of Forex / Stock Market is a plus.
- No education preference.
- Teaching or facilitation certification is a plus.

**Work Location**: INDIA, DUBAI

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- trading: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Urdu (preferred)
