**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide one-on-one counseling sessions for individuals experiencing mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.

Conduct psychological assessments and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or others as appropriate.

Offer crisis intervention and support during critical moments for clients in need.

Maintain confidentiality in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Organize workshops, seminars, or group therapy sessions on various mental health topics when needed.

Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of psychology and mental health care.

Provide resources and referrals to external services, if necessary, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Master's degree in Psychology (MA, MS, or equivalent).**

Strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and psychological principles.

Proven experience in individual or group counseling settings (preferred).

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Knowledge of ethical guidelines and confidentiality laws in counseling.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
