**Purpose of the Job**:
To manage and oversee overall operations of Ashram Clinic pharmacy

**Responsibilities**:
Dispense, review and execute physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness.
Instruct patients on how and when to take prescribed medications.
Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster
Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products
Keep records of patient history and monitor patients’ drug therapies
Keep accurate patient records.
Pharmacy cash handling
Keep abreast of advancements in medicine relevant to his/her field of activity
Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Train and guide other members of the team
Complete operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of dispensed drugs, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.
Adhere to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.
Adhere to Ashram Clinic protocols
Perform other administrative tasks when needed.

**Required Competencies**:
Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree

Skill Competencies : Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or pharmacology.
Proven experience as a pharmacist at least for 2 years
Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.
Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems
Good organizing skills
Moderate fluency in writing and speaking in English
