**Job Summary**:
The PGT Lab Assistant will support the teaching staff by managing and maintaining science laboratories, preparing experiments and materials, and ensuring safety standards. The role involves working closely with Post Graduate Teachers to facilitate practical learning for students of classes 9 and 12.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, set up, and manage lab equipment and materials for practical sessions in Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
- Assist PGT teachers during practical classes by facilitating demonstrations and student experiments.
- Maintain inventory of chemicals, reagents, glassware, and instruments.
- Ensure all lab equipment is clean, calibrated, and functional.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols during experiments.
- Handle proper disposal of laboratory waste in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and requisitions for new stock.
- Provide technical support to students during laboratory sessions when required.
- Report any hazards or malfunctions immediately to the concerned authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a science-related field (e.g., B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
- Prior experience in a school or college lab environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of scientific methods and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with lab instruments and their maintenance.

**Skills Required**:

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.
- Strong communication and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer literacy (especially for Computer Science Lab Assistants).
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency lab safety procedures.

Pay: ₹10,498.15 - ₹33,623.60 per month
