We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional for a contract role to assist with year-end file preparation and tax compliance for a diverse client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, remote environment and brings deep expertise in Canadian corporate and personal tax filings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finalize year-end working papers using CaseWare and CaseWare Cloud
- Complete T2 corporate and T1 personal tax returns using Profile and TaxPrep
- Prepare T4 and T5 slips accurately and in compliance with CRA requirements
- Perform GST/HST reconciliations and prepare filings accurately and on time
- Maintain and reconcile bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Organize and process receipts and expenses using Dext
- Ensure all filings meet Canadian tax regulations and deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather documentation and resolve queries
- Provide summaries or insights to support financial decision-making

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with Canadian corporate and personal tax preparation
- Proficiency in CaseWare, CaseWare Cloud, Profile, TaxPrep, QBO, and Dext
- Strong understanding of CRA compliance for T4, T5, and GST/HST filings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Pay: ₹794.75 - ₹1,271.60 per hour
