**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients, providing assistance and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in all conversations.
- Address inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical support, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to effectively communicate solutions and product features to clients.
- Follow standard operating procedures and use the company’s CRM tools to log and track customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and escalate unresolved issues to higher management as needed.
- Meet performance metrics such as average call handling time, customer satisfaction score, and resolution time.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in an international voice process or customer service role (1-3 years preferred).
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to converse effectively with clients from diverse regions and cultural backgrounds.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: Passion for delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools is an advantage.
- **Working Hours**:Night Shift - 09:30 PM to 06:30 AM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
