As a Paid Search Executive, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across various digital platforms, with a specific focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), and LinkedIn Ads. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads through effective PPC strategies tailored to each platform's unique audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to improve ad relevance and drive higher click-through rates.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics on a regular basis to ensure alignment with KPIs and objectives.
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC best practices, campaign optimization techniques, and bid management strategies for each platform.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools for campaign performance tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads certifications are highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
