**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions
- Schedule and conduct site/product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and handle field activities
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
