BNC has been mandated to recruit a Internal Audit Specialists to join our team at a reputed consulting firm in Pitampura, Delhi.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review existing business processes, conduct gap assessments, and assist in developing "To Be" processes.
- Design and document "To Be" processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Create process maps using MS Visio and draft clear, concise process narratives.
- Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate processes and control recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify process weaknesses and recommend controls, KPIs, and approval matrices for process enhancements.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to mitigate risks and establish robust control measures.
**Qualification**:
- CA / Intermediate CA / MBA
**Experience**:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Business Process Improvement, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, Management Consulting, or Business Transformation.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong understanding of business processes, risk management frameworks, and control mechanisms.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for structuring and presenting processes effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Visio for process development and documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as **SAP** and experience with automation tools.
- **Work Schedule: 6 days working.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
