We are seeking enthusiastic and driven freshers/interns for our International Voice Process team. In this role, you will be involved in direct sales activities for our IT hardware and networking solutions to international clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, pitching relevant products, and converting leads into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Engage with potential international clients over phone calls to promote IT hardware and networking solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through research, database management, and effective communication.
- **Product Presentation**: Provide information about the company's products and services to prospects and handle any inquiries.
- **Customer Needs Assessment**: Understand the specific IT hardware and networking needs of clients and tailor your sales pitch accordingly.
- **Sales Conversion**: Drive efforts to convert leads into successful sales by effectively negotiating terms and closing deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting**: Document all customer interactions, including call summaries and outcomes, using CRM tools and report daily sales activities to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align on customer needs and product offerings.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on the latest IT hardware and networking trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Fluent in English (verbal and written) with a confident phone presence.
- **Sales Aptitude**: Interest in learning and growing in sales, particularly in the IT hardware and networking industry.
- **Basic IT Knowledge**: Understanding of IT hardware and networking products is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to think on your feet and offer quick solutions to customer inquiries.
- **Adaptability**: Open to learning new processes and technologies, and able to adapt to the dynamic nature of the sales environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
