Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of children with developmental challenges to determine their physiotherapy needs.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve the physical abilities and motor skills of children.
- Monitor and document the progress of each child, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other team members to provide education and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in pediatric physiotherapy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- State licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Proven experience in pediatric physiotherapy, preferably in a child development setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development milestones and developmental disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy and patience when working with children and their families.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

**Salary**: From ₹24,000.00 per month
