As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring top-notch patient care. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about dentistry and committed to delivering exceptional service to our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Assist in providing patient care by preparing treatment rooms, taking and developing dental X-rays, recording medical histories, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices.
- Must have the knowledge of all the Dental services/ procedures.

Proficiency in using dental software/computer systems such as Xrays/intraoral photos.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team, including dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing a supportive and caring environment throughout their dental visit.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, including HIPAA regulations, to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.

**Qualification**:

- Should be Undergraduate/Diploma in hygienist/Any Graduate with 1 Year experience in the related field is plus.
- Should be patient, good listener, passionate to deliver good service to customers/patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude towards patients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per the clinic's schedule.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
