**Job Description**:

- 1. Good technical knowledge of refractories and castable used in steel making, reheating, and heat treatment furnaces
- 2. Knowledge of the ingot casting refractory will be an added advantage.
- 4. Good technical knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- 5. Good communication skills
- 6. Shall have good analytical skills and shall take a key lead in improvement initiatives.
- 8. Working exposure in reheating, heat treatment and box furnace will be an added advantage.
- 9. Shall be conversant with the testing norms for the refractories.
