Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options. Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers' desired travel dates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in international airline ticketing/ rescheduling/ reservations

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills

Experience in Sabre or Travelpro/ Worldspan management system

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalyani Nagar, Pune - 411014, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
