**Job Summary**:The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the retail operations within the hotel. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Retail Outlet Management**:Oversee the day-to-day operations of all retail outlets within the hotel, including gift shops, boutiques, and any other retail spaces.
Ensure that the retail outlets are well-stocked, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays.

**Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as needed.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock turnover.
Conduct regular inventory audits.

**Customer Service**:Train, supervise, and motivate retail staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Sales and Marketing**:Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive retail revenue.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
Plan and coordinate special promotions and events within the retail outlets.

**Financial Management**:Prepare and manage budgets for retail operations.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
Prepare regular financial reports and performance analysis.

**Compliance and Policies**:Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
Implement and enforce loss prevention measures.

**Sustainability and Environmental Practices**:Promote and implement sustainable and environmentally friendly practices within the retail operations.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
