**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Graphics Designer** to join our dynamic team at **Delhi Public School Tajpur**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing **posters, flyers, invitations, certificates**, and banners for school events, celebrations, and academic programs.
- Create **social media posts, stories, and reels** aligned with the school's branding and communication style.
- Conceptualize and design **campaigns** for admissions, achievements, festivals, competitions, and awareness drives.
- Collaborate with the school management and event coordinators to understand event themes and design requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all visual communications.
- Manage and update the visual content calendar for social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Edit and enhance photographs for official use.
- Stay updated with current design trends and propose fresh ideas.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva**, or similar graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of **layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling**.
- Ability to design content in both **formal and creative styles**.
- Experience in creating content specifically for **educational institutions** is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback promptly.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines during busy school schedules.
- Basic knowledge of **video editing** (optional, but a plus).

**Additional Preferred Skills**:

- Basic understanding of **social media marketing** principles.
- Ability to work on **short notice** during event seasons.
- Creativity to tailor designs for audiences ranging from **toddlers to teenagers to parents**.
