As an Operations Intern at Stamp IT Robotai & Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will work closely with our operations team to support various aspects of our business national and international, including supply chain management, process improvement, logistics, and production. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to learn about the inner workings of operations and make a meaningful impact on our day-to-day processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.
- Support the operations team in daily activities such as inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in process mapping and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Conduct research on best practices in operations and supply chain management.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
