**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling potential customers and generating leads.
- Explain our services and packages to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and goals.
- Update and maintain customer database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Caller Sales or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing, sales or related field will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of website design and development will be a plus.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Fluency in Tamil is a must.
