- **Polishing**: Polish furniture and windows
- **Changing linens**: Clean and change bed and bath linens
- **Disposing of waste**: Dispose of garbage and recycling materials
- **Kitchen cleaning**: Wash, dry, and put away dishes, clean out the refrigerator, oven, and microwave, and empty the garbage
- **Pest control**: Eradicate pests
- **Reporting safety hazards**: Report any safety hazards to the homeowner or manager
