Acting as one of the escalations point in hierarchy.
- Supervising any critical/major activities performed by NOC team.
- Collaboration with Leads in diagnosing and troubleshooting the issues.
- Having first-level discussions with Engineers & Leads on their concerns.
- Helping Leads in preparing shift rosters while working on multiple projects.
- Reviewing and making necessary corrections to the RCA document before sharing it with the customer.
- Going through the new proposals and confirm on skillset availability on the server side.
- Acting as SPOC from NOC during new project transition/onboarding and coordinating with all the stakeholders till Go Live.
- Periodic discussion with customers on transition/onboarding progress and sharing MOM with the customer along with the transition tracker.
- Resource sizing for new projects.
- Take first level interviews.
- Supporting and guiding the team in tough situations.
- Supporting in preparation & review of required documents during ISO/ISMS, etc audits.
- Ensure team is adhering to the process as per the audit compliance.
- Approving CRs in the absence of a CAB manager.
- Scheduling on-demand meetings with Leads & Manager.
- Participating in Daily, Weekly, and Monthly internal meetings.
- Participating in Daily, Weekly, and Monthly customer meetings and seeing to implement the inputs shared by the customer during the meeting.
- Periodic review of Process activities sheets, SOPs, and other NOC documents.
- Constantly working on process improvements and sharing ideas/thoughts with the Manager.
