Prepare special meals or substitute items of tandoor cuisine
- Take instructions and ideas from management and propose new menu Items.
- Prepare Marinations, mise-en-place and set up all stock stations.
- Cook and prepare all types of kebabs, starters, hot plate breads.
- Ensure the food quality and the presentation.
