**Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter employee data into Jira, including personal details, project assignments, and progress updates.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all entries.
- Regularly update and maintain Jira records.
- Assist in generating reports from Jira as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data handling.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (experience with Jira is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Jira or other project management software is preferred.
