**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visa Application Processing**:

- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, immigration laws, and travel advisories for multiple destinations.
- Verify and authenticate supporting documents such as passports, financial statements, and invitation letters.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Conduct pre-departure briefings for clients, providing essential travel information and addressing any concerns.
- **Liaison and Coordination**:

- Schedule and manage appointments with embassies and consulates for visa interviews and biometric data collection.
- **Team Management**:

- Train and supervise junior visa officers, enhancing their understanding of visa processes and customer service skills.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Create and maintain a database of client records and visa statuses, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or related field.
- Over 4 years of experience in visa processing and documentation.
- Certified Travel Associate (CTA) and Certificate in Immigration Law are preferred.
- Strong understanding of international travel regulations and immigration policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus (Fluent in English and Hindi).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
