- Must have Degree / Diploma in Dialysis Technology from recognized institute.
- Relevant 2+ years experience in Dialysis Centre or multispeciality hospital is required.
- Strong Technical and Clinical knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player etc.
- Operating dialysis equipment, including setting up the machine, preparing and administering dialysis solutions, and monitoring patients during treatment
- Ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of dialysis equipment and supplies
- Recording patient information, including vital signs, fluid and electrolyte levels, and treatment results
- Assisting in the preparation of patients for dialysis, including helping with positioning and access to the dialysis machine
- Monitoring patients during dialysis for signs of adverse reactions or complications
- Responding to emergency situations, such as cardiac arrest or severe allergic reactions, in a prompt and effective manner
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nephrologists and registered nurses, to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Ability to follow established protocols and procedures, with strong attention to detail
