**Responsibilities**
- Monitor, generate and report Company Performance (P & L) by collaborating with stakeholders across organisation.
- Preparing, Updating Management dashboard, delivering various reports to provide valuable insights.
- Interact with Business and Cross Functional Teams like Commercial, Operations, Planning, R&D to track Orders and Revenue and New Business opportunities both monitoring and forecasting for further reporting to management. Also enabling discussions on countermeasures.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual budgets, ensuring confidentiality of financial data and proprietary information.
- Prepare and present revenue analysis, costing analysis, variance analysis on a monthly basis and identify cost saving process improvements
- Prepare location/ Plant wise /product wise profitability and present the same at board meetings.
- Ensure accurate and efficient MIS preparation.
- Generate cost center and profit centers
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation.
- Support in the various audits, internal control and compliance activities of the Company.

**Education and Experience**:
CMA / MBA-Finance/ CFAB

4 to 6 Years in Similar Role preferably in a manufacturing organisation.
