**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team

- Report operational issues to higher management

- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to team challenges
- Ensure timely completion of work and targets

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills (MS Office preferred)
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
