Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with business goals, target audience preferences, and SEO objectives.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and search terms that align with our target audience's interests and search intent.
- Optimize content for SEO by incorporating target keywords, meta tags, headers, and other on-page optimization techniques to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style guidelines, and quality standards, while also meeting deadlines and project requirements.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor content to produce informative and valuable content that addresses audience needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams to monitor content performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and engagement, and use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date on SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging trends to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to junior writers on SEO content writing best practices and techniques as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a B2B content writer with a strong focus on SEO-friendly content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- In-depth understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content formatting.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
