- 1. Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (English & German).
- 2. Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization.
- 3. Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time.

Requirement: Looking for someone who can be fluent in Bilingual speaking

**Interview Process**: eLPT - Language Proficiency Test (IVR)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹775,000.00 per year
