Position**:Accounting Intern**

**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Data Entry**:

- Collaborate with the finance team to accurately input financial transactions into our accounting system.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable Support**:

- Assist in processing invoices and verifying expenses for accounts payable.
- Contribute to the generation of invoices, and support in monitoring accounts receivable.

**Bank Reconciliations**:

- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile bank statements, ensuring precision in our financial records.

**Expense Tracking**:

- Collaborate on tracking and categorizing company expenses, contributing to the maintenance of expense reports.

**Assist in Financial Reporting**:

- Play a role in preparing fundamental financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.

**Data Analysis**:

- Support the finance team in basic financial analysis tasks to inform decision-making processes.

**Adherence to Accounting Principles**:

- Ensure strict compliance with accounting principles and adherence to company policies.

**Documentation and Filing**:

- Assist in maintaining well-organized documentation and filing systems for financial records.

**Collaboration and Learning**:

- Work closely with experienced professionals in the finance team, gaining practical experience across various accounting functions.
- Participate in training sessions and developmental activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
