**Job brief**:
1. 20 posts / reels monthly.

2. Needs to create creative Mailchimp templates 4-5 a month.

3. Eye for accurate detailing.

4. Research on similar brands to see their tone of graphics weekly.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

2. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

3. Study design briefs and determine requirements.

4. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

**Requirements and skills**:
1. Graphics design course

2. Fluent with adobe photoshop

3. Minimal posts

4. Minimum 2-4 years’ experience

5. Work nature - Hybrid (2 days WFO and 4 days WFH)

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
