**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and evaluate patients' physical condition, medical history, and treatment goals to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer various physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall functionality.
- Provide manual therapy, such as joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and therapeutic massage, to promote healing and alleviate musculoskeletal discomfort.
- Instruct patients on proper body mechanics, posture, and exercises to facilitate independent rehabilitation and prevent further injuries.
- Utilize therapeutic equipment and aids, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat, and cold therapy, to support treatment goals.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, and rehabilitation specialists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs to facilitate long-term wellness.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques, research, and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and promoting a safe and professional environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid state license or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist.
- Proven experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical or sports setting.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Proficiency in assessing and diagnosing patients' conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Strong manual therapy skills and expertise in various physical therapy techniques and modalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a caseload effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
