**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Perform link-building activities such as outreach to websites, guest blogging, and securing partnerships for backlinks.
- Identify and work with high-authority websites for content collaboration, sponsorships, and link exchanges.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) to ensure quality and relevance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for link acquisition.
- Engage in community building on various forums, Q&A platforms, and social media for link-building purposes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to continuously refine off-page SEO strategies.
- Work closely with the content and on-page SEO teams to ensure a cohesive SEO strategy.
- Prepare and present SEO performance reports to the management team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in off-page SEO and link-building.
- Proven track record of successful backlink acquisition and organic traffic growth.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, etc.
- Strong research skills to identify link-building opportunities.
- Excellent communication and outreach skills to build relationships with external websites.
- Basic knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword research, and SEO content writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in guest blogging, forum participation, and outreach marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console for tracking SEO performance.
- Knowledge of local SEO strategies for region-specific campaigns.
- Experience in handling SEO for multiple clients in an agency setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
