**IT TEchnology Services Associate**

**What you'll do**
- Design, code and test new product features by following agile development practices
- Ensure high code quality via code reviews, automated testing and usage of modern technology patterns
- Take over technical responsibility for individual software components
- Demonstrate excellent quality, design, development and delivery skills in scrum teams working in short development and release cycles
- Evaluate latest cloud technology and document findings in a well structured format

**What you bring**
- 3-5 years of experience with JavaScript UI Development Frameworks (e.g., SAP UI5, Angular, Vue.js) or Server-Side API Development Frameworks (e.g., Java Spring Boot, Node.js)
- Hands-on experience building cloud solutions using common technology patterns (REST, Event Driven, etc.)
- Practical knowledge with cloud runtimes; preferable with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry
- Experience with CAP (Cloud Application Programming), SAP UI5 or BTP Workflow is a big plus
- Very good language skills in English, written and verbal
- Very good documentation skills
- Goal-oriented, exact and self-organized workstyle and the strive for excellence
- Bachelor or master’s in computer science

- The mission of the Platform Center of Expertise is to provide support and guidance in technical architectural topics for all SAP IT development teams.
- We evaluate new cloud & platform technologies to build end-to-end reference architectures for cloud extensions, using cutting edge technologies and defining the internal SAP Cloud strategy
- Additionally, we foster a strong collaboration with all SAP Standard Product teams and share our learnings with both, standard development inside SAP, and customer outside SAP
