Mechanical Supervisor

**Role Overview**:
The Mechanical Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems such as HVAC, pumps, and machinery. This role ensures work is performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Work**: Oversee mechanical installation and repair tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety standards and conduct site inspections.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating with engineers and contractors.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect systems and address defects or issues.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and train technicians, offering technical guidance.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose mechanical issues and oversee repairs.
- **Reporting**: Communicate project updates and report issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in mechanical systems and team supervision.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.

**Skills**:

- Leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.

**Working Conditions**:
On-site work in construction or industrial environments with potential for long hours or weekend shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹89,576.12 per month
