Female Warden

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facility Management**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed and the facility is secure.
- **Staff Supervision**: Manage and train staff, conducting performance evaluations and facilitating professional development.
- **Inmate Welfare**: Ensure the physical and mental well-being of inmates, addressing any health or behavioral issues.
- **Policy Implementation**: Enforce facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
- **Crisis Management**: Respond to emergencies, manage conflicts, and implement de-escalation techniques.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records related to inmate behavior, staff reports, and facility operations.
- **Collaboration**: Work with external agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to support inmate rehabilitation and reintegration.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in budget preparation and manage resources efficiently.

**Experience**: Prior experience in correctional facility management or law enforcement, with a focus on female populations is advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
