Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Door-to-Door Sales: Knock on doors to engage with potential customers, introduce our products/services, and effectively pitch the benefits to generate interest and close sales.
2. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products/services we offer to address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and confidently present the value proposition.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads within the assigned territory, keeping a record of prospects and regularly updating the sales database.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
5. Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and adapt to market changes.
7. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, detailing sales performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
8. Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct product demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits to drive interest and close deals.
9. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and support overall business objectives.
10. Follow Company Policies: Adhere to company guidelines, sales processes, and ethical practices to ensure compliance and maintain a positive company image.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers effectively.
- Persuasive and confident approach to close deals and handle objections.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Wardha, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
