**Job Description**:
- To arrange Board Meetings and General Meetings of the Companies.
- To prepare and circulate all the Notices, Agendas and minutes of all the meetings.
- To update statutory registers as required under Act.
- To handle compliances for share transfers, share allotment, updating of share certificates, appointment/ resignation of Directors, Auditors etc, strike off of name of companies etc
- To Liaison with Housing Board Members/Registrar & Transfer Agents/ Officers and other directors as and when required.
- To Finalize Loan documents and Charge related matters.
- To Liaison with Finance and Accounts department to meet their requirements.
- To handle all the secretarial aspects of ongoing NCLT Cases of Companies.
- To ensure RBI Compliances like FCGPR and FCTRS and any other queries raised by RBI.
- To prepare/ finalize Directors Reports and Annexure thereof.
- To prepare / finalize LLP Agreement and other Agreements (SSA, SPA, LA, Hypothecation Agreement) as and when required.
- To ensure timely compliance of annual filings and regular filings of Companies & LLPs.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Qualified Gradate and Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Good Experience and exposure in all company sectorial aspects.
- A flexible and Practical approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Excellent Organization and Time management
- Maintain a diplomatic approach towards issues.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
