**Job Title**: Graphic Designer

**Job Location**: Hyderabad

**Department**: Marketing

**Reports to**: Head - Brand Experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a variety of media, including print and digital.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visual designs.
- Design logos, brand elements, and corporate identity materials that reflect our company’s values and mission.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, including typography, color schemes, and image use.
- Review final designs and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to ensure innovative and cutting-edge designs.
- Prepare files for print, digital, or web use, ensuring proper formatting and quality standards.
- Provide design support for presentations, internal documents, and other company communications.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Experience in designing for both print and digital media.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A portfolio that showcases a diverse range of design work.
- Experience with web design (HTML, CSS, or WordPress) or UI/UX design is a plus.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
