**SAP S/4 HANA Cloud SD functional consultant**
- **Mainly for customers of NTT Data Business Solutions, Europe.**

**Job Descriptions**
- **Facilitate the implementation and support of S/4 HANA SD cloud solution**:

- **Perform detailed analysis of complex business process issues and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.**:

- **Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements and Change Requests**:

- **Knowledge of AMS support processes is desired.**:

- **Design, customize, configure and testing of S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution**:

- **Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.**:

- **Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.**:

- **Document functional designs, test cases and results.**:

- **Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements**:

- **Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects**:

- **Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.**:

- **Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required**:

- **Work self-directed and independently;**:
**Requirements**:

- **Total 8 - 10 years experience working SAP SD functional consultant.**:

- **Minimum 2 years S/4 HANA public cloud experience on Sales & Distribution**:

- **Certification: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/HANA Cloud (public) - Sales Implementation**
- **Additional experience in either S/4 HANA PTP, SAP logistics, SAP CRM,SCM or ByD is an added advantage.**:

- **Domain experience of working with Gas station network or Oil company retail chain is desirable.
