**Key Responsibilities**
**Telecalling & Lead Generation**: Make 80+ daily outbound calls to engage potential channel partners (B2B) across the home decor and construction sectors.
**Partner Acquisition**: Introduce Trinox’s premium product portfolio, negotiate agreements, and onboard distributors, dealers, and retailers.
**Relationship Management**: Foster long-term partnerships with regular follow-ups, product presentations, and tailored solutions.
**Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on competitor activities and provide actionable insights to shape sales strategies.
**CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales pipeline, and partner progress.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Experience**: 1-3 years in B2B sales/channel management, preferably in construction materials, home decor, or luxury products.
**Skills**: Strong communication in English and regional languages, persuasive negotiation, CRM proficiency, and a results-driven mindset.
**Attitude**: Highly motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering excellence in luxury design.
